At Chapel Down, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your wine or spirits arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Email our team with your order number and details regarding the issue, including photos if the product arrived damaged during transit.
- 2.Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.
- 3.Pack Your Items
Carefully repack the bottles in their original protective packaging to ensure they are secure and prevent any further breakage during the return journey.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Drop the package off at your nearest designated courier point; once received and inspected at our winery, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
